Hard to imagine a more accurate or more sublime summation of 2020. Long languorous notes that haunt and sooth, nourish and dissolve into, out of, and beyond crescendo.
Track 7 is interesting as the most raw and direct of the group, a field recording where inner experience foregrounds ambient sidewalk sounds.
1 (Super Tender) is ravishing. Moving Veins of Flamingos (2) is a surprising swath of color. Each track has its distinct drama. I love how 8, North of the Future, gallops into its end. nprovosty

I never get tired of this album. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve listened to it front to back. I share it with friends whenever I get the chance. I’ve been listening to Ambient and other synth music for decades and have never heard anything quite like it. manycat
